GAP Analysis

The PTSI Gap analysis is a comprehensive, on-sight review of existing plant procedure and training data, performed in conjunction with facility personnel.  From the Gap Analysis, facility managers will get a picture of what information is in place and what is missing along with a quantification of work needed to achieve regulatory compliance and company policy guidelines.

Following co-development of your Gap Analysis we will build a project timeline to help communicate roles and responsibilities for each group performing development or co-development work.
